How long does it take to build a website?

One-page site: from 1 week. Five-page site: from 2 weeks. Online store: from 4 weeks. We'll give you the exact dates in the written brief before you pay anything.

Do I need to provide the content?

We can work with whatever you have. If you provide text, images, and branding, that's faster. If not, we can create placeholder content and you can replace it later. We can also recommend professional copywriters and photographers if needed.

Will my website work on phones and tablets?

Absolutely. Every website we build is fully responsive, meaning it automatically adjusts to look perfect on any screen size: desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile.

How much does a website cost?

Every project gets a written quote up front based on scope. We have a few standard package sizes (one-page, five-page, online store) — drop us a message about what you need and we'll come back within 24 hours with a fixed price, all excluding VAT.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes. Our Hosting & Maintenance plan is a small monthly retainer that includes hosting, weekly backups, security monitoring, plugin updates, content tweaks, and priority support. Quoted up front in your project brief.

Do you take on projects outside the UK?

Yes, we work on English-language projects worldwide. UK-based but remote-friendly.

Can I see examples of your work in detail?

Yes. Once we get your brief, we'll walk you through past projects relevant to yours and explain technical decisions.

What happens if I want to leave?

Your website is yours. We'll hand over all logins, files, and access. No lock-in, ever.

Do you offer payment plans?

Every project is 50% to start, 50% before launch (so a project quoted at £X is half up front, half on launch). On larger online-store projects we can also split the second 50% over three monthly instalments if that helps cash flow.

Will you help with domain and hosting?

Yes. If you don't already have these, we can recommend reliable UK-based hosting providers (starting from £5/month) and help you register your domain name.
