UK B2B Cold Caller (Commission on Sales)

What the work is
You call UK small businesses that have no website, or a website that no longer works properly. You build their interest and keep it: a call back on the day you agreed, the details sent, a message on their business page, a call with our designer when they want one. You are not closing the sale on the phone. Keeping the lead warm until it buys is the job.
What it pays
This is commission on sales only. There is no base pay, no pay per meeting and no guaranteed income. If none of your leads buys, you earn nothing. The £250 is paid in two halves as the client pays: £125 at the deposit and £125 when the site goes live. The lead stays yours, so a sale that comes weeks later from your follow-ups still counts. We are not going to advertise an "up to" figure, because what you earn depends on how many of your leads buy, and we cannot promise that.
Payouts go to an account in your own legal name. We do not pay into someone else's account.
Being straight with you about the work
Cold calling is mostly refusals. Most of your calls will end in a polite no, a voicemail, or a gatekeeper. That is normal and it is not a sign you are doing badly. This work suits people who are steady, who do not take rejection personally, and who keep dialling.
If you want guaranteed hourly pay, this is the wrong role and we would rather you knew that now than after a week.

Calls are recorded
Every call is recorded and transcribed. We use that to confirm sales for payment, to check what is being said to prospects, and to give you feedback. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 12 months and then deleted. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice.
How to apply
Record a short voice note, no more than a minute, reading the opening of a cold call as if you were speaking to a business owner. Use Vocaroo or any recorder, and email the link to apply@lunova-design.co.uk with the country you are calling from.
